Guide

For this build you're looking to do as much damage as possible as quickly as possible.

You want to start farming and avoiding fighting opponents until you hit level 4 and evolve then immediately take Psyshock, with Psyshock's high damage and stun you can take down most early game opponents if you can aim it well and if they don't die from the shock you can either pick them off while they're stunned, hit them with your empowered basic attack, or quickly finish them off with a Psybeam if you have it.

You don't need to be present for every Regi fight but your team is behind you will be extremely useful due to your CC and very high damage that can either kill off the enemy team or steal either Regi.

In late game if you've gotten high enough in levels(around level 10-11) and have taken at least your first goal, you can start raiding your opponents jungles and stealing their buffs which will boost your fighting capabilities. From here it should be rather smooth sailing and you can just use Eject Button and your stun abilities to quickly flee a fight if it's getting to be too much for you to handle or chase down opponents who are trying to escape.

The typical boost emblem set up focus's on Sp. Atk, Move Cooldown Reduction, and Movement Speed, while your dump stats are Sp. Def, Defense, and Attack.

Works Well With

Sylveon

Incredible damage partner and great for pushing opponents and rushing goals early on to stunt your opponents level gains.

Snorlax

A very good tanky frontliner who can keep enemies off of you while you aim your attacks.

Umbreon

Good CC in Snarl, decent damage and a good amount of tankiness makes them a great multipurpose lane partner.
