Gardevoir needs lv.5 to be useful, so make sure you get jungle.
As sson you hit lv.5 you choose psy shock and gank the lane the enemies jungler's ganking as well, from safe distance.
Make sure you don't die and go back into jungle to your buffs and be ready foe the 8:00 minute spawn in the middle of the map.
As soon you got to lv.8 and 9, it's just on you tp deal insane dmg, fire psychic first to slow and psyshock to deal dmg after it.
Always stay behind potential defenders or supporters, but make sure you're attacking and doing your ADC job.

Prevents CC and heals/supports with unite move
Stuns enemies and make them an easy prey with sing
