As a Slowpoke main, that have been winning the most of my ranked matches, I feel like sharing my build to you all!
-- Moves --
We use the movements that are undoubtedly the best slowpoke has: Surf and Telekinesis! since they are movements that give a lot of CC so that your team can comfortably take care of the situation.
* Remember that telekinesis has a second activation while you keep the target in the air to drive it towards you!
* Surfing at its highest level has 3 stuns (one for each wave that hits), which helps a lot in decisive late game fights.
* His Unit Move is not only an incredible stun with damage, but it will also give you a huge shield that will make you last in combat much longer! You can use this to fool an enemy into thinking they are about to bring you down.

* The shell bell is undoubtedly one of the best items in this game, in almost all the characters it works quite well, and slowbro is one of the best used, since it increases its durability during combat!
* The AEOS cookie is also very good on it, as it allows you to accumulate permanent HP when shooting, and the more HP, the longer you will last wreaking havoc on TFs!
* Buddy Barrier turns you from defensive pokemon into also a support pokemon! When a fight is tilted for the enemy team, you activate your Unite Move and suddenly you and your partner with less life will have a shield that will allow you to turn the fight around!
SLOW SMOKE!
This item is highly underrated. How many times have you seen him in your games? Exactly, that's what I mean. Well, it's time to know how to use it, and slowpoke is one of the best users of it.
There are two ways to use it, when they are being chased by enemies it is an excellent way to save you to your close allies since they will be able to flee from said bad situation.
But the other way is one of the best ... Remember what I mentioned about the telekinesis movement? Yes, the one that you can reactivate to attract the target pokemon to you. Well, if after that you activate the SLOW SMOKE, that pokemon no longer escapes, unless it has more than one dash, of course.
Works Well With
This makes you almost inmortal in lane and team fights, you will LOVE having an Edelgoss in your team while playing Slowpoke in special.
