Crit Ball Of Death Wigglytuff - ThatBlissplayer
They clearly forgot to remove crit mechanics when they buffed Rollout.

Guide
Yeah... Unite DB says that Wigg only crits with basic attacks, but it's false. Wigglytuff can crit with every move except double slap (which only gives you better chance of max slaps) and Sing. The result? This monstrosity.
Crit scope gives a +8% crit chance and +5% crit multiplier (Rough because I don't have this item maxed and can't bother to check), giving Wigg up to 205% more damage on rollout hit. Rollouts damage is normally around 608 (Level 9 respectfully, which is where you're at mid game) but with the glasses it gets a 8% boost becoming 656. This would be mediocre, considering the low spc atk, but keep in mind Rollout hits up to 6 times. That equals 4864 damage. Now add full crit (+205%) damage on this. 9971 damage.
May the lord pray you don't bring X atk and a full Spc. Atk emblem set with you.
Update: I researched in Unite DB and this build got even worse. (for the enemy, not us.) the 608 damage I mentioned at level 9 is actually at level 4 when you first get Rollout, meaning you can automatically do over 4000 damage and oneshot anything on the map that moves every 8 seconds. The only thing that nerfs this is the fact that it needs good geometry, but this thing got buffed with a recollision visual on the second hit, meaning that you can literally preform a perfect 4000 damage nuke on the fly whenever you need to. And if the damage is starting to not work? Just level up some more, and work with your teammates to follow up with your nuke. Extra note that this does not take in account def and spc. def, so if you want to take in account actual damage value on pokemon and pick and choose who and who not to fight, use this calculation below.
FLOOR(600/(600+FLOOR(Def/2.5)))
FLOOR is function, round to the closest integer.
This is for Atk pokemon, but it sums up well for most special attackers, including Wigglytuff.
Works Well With
![Alolan Ninetales](/res/img/pkmn/038.png)
Don't want people to get away from your nuke move if you don't have slow smoke? Top lane with Ninetales. Your pound steals Aipom from the enemy base with relative ease, and confirming kills with your gleam while a murderous overleveled fox slaughters the entire team is a blessing in disguise. After you get to around level 8 and defeat Regileki, rotate back bottom where you're supposed to be to help your lane snowball too. (The overleveled fox will be so overleveled by now that it doesn't matter if they get 5v1d, they can just unite and kill everyone.)
