About Sylveon:
Sylveon is a great pokémon to go on any lane, I've been a Sylveon jungler since they got released and I've been doing good against assassins (Greninja, Absol, ETC).
Their unite move (Fairy Frolic) is a pickoff evader and a great opportunity to 1v5 (atleast when you can move, that's why I chose X Speed due to unite move's movement speed nerf)
I've been running this build since she got released too, I couldn't tell if this was good on her, but now, Sylveon Triple Glasses came to stay. (You can run focus band over SP. ATK Specs if you want to, but if you have a good teammate or S P I D E R S E N S E you will be fine.)
I used to be a Mystical Fire + Draining Kiss user because it was good for dueling, but after Decidueye and Azumarill got released, many times my team lost their objective since then, so I thought "If I can't depend on my team to get objectives, then I'll be the one to secure them." After running and getting used to Hyper Voice, I became a CUTE monster in the jungle.
Why Sylveon?:
E e v e e l u t i o n s . (Seriously, I can't think of what to say about this.)
Why not the other Eeveelutions?:
Well, since Sylveon was the only Eeveelution on the field, I got emotionally attached to them. (But I don't have favorites on Eeveelutions, every single one of them are into my heart and I'll make every eeveelution guide.)
Matchups:
The worst matchup you will ever have in jungle is Aegislash, they can easily chase you with their basic attacks, don't try to 1v1 them without your unite move. Greninja (depending on how good are they) are the second one's worse matchup since they only run surf to deal damage and get closer against you.
Any speedster:
*Insert Pogo - Forget tiktok trend*
Close-range pokémons (Tsareena, Aegislash, etc.):
Keep. your. distance. No matter what happens, Parry their Ult our their burst with Calm Mind+
Cinderace:
Hyper Voice him and use Calm Mind+ against their Blaze Kick, after that just run the opposite way they landed until you get your Hyper Voice back since you can ERASE them with 1 Hyper Voice.
Decidueye:
1 Hyper Voice + Calm Mind = Respawn. (Even if he has unite shield.)
Any Attacker (besides Venusaur):
Do not be afraid, you can erase them easily at level 6.
Defenders:
Same with All-Rounders, but they're easier than All-Rounders since their mobility are slower (DO NOT TALK ABOUT CRUSTLE I KNOW THEY RUN SUPER FAST BUT BECAUSE OF THAT SHE CAN ACTUALLY TAKE OUT 40% OF THEIR HP)
Emblems:
Always black and green tier 3. Focus on SP. ATK and HP.
That's all, go catch them all!
Works Well With
Depending on what attacker will go with you, Mew will be one of the greatest attackers to go with you, they can use their light screen combo to stun your enemies while you scream until they die.
Any support will work with you in lane, you just need sustain or crowd control to win the lane.
Play it safe when someone comes with this kind of pokémon (like greninja or venusaur), you're not going to have a good matchup before your 4, let them farm after you reach it.
