Guide
Leafage is better at dealing damage and can help defend very well if you need to rush through the lane. You should leave some wild mons for your lane partner, don't want them to get under leveled.
Leaf tornado is the better of the two moves you can pick, as movement speed is vital. It also deals better damage so if you need to carry this will work better.
Cotton guard may seem strange, but it's very helpful. This is how you'll support your teammates often. as it heals gives a movement buff and increases defense. You can go cotton spore but you'll want a damage build for it in my opinion.
Cotton Cloud Crash is an amazing move but you have to be smart with it. It's good at stealing objectives mostly, it also has high knock back and with a buddy barrier it can be a monster.
Shell bell works really well for Eldegoss as healing scales with damage output. Buddy barrier is a great support option and gives a large amount of hp which is extremely helpful. Eldegoss has lots of problems with leveling and it can be really tough in the early game, exp share is extremely helpful in helping with level problems.
Full heal is in my opinion essential to supporters, as being immune to negative effects is great for anyone but works best for supporters.
It also helps you stay on the field or retreat.
Eldegoss works really well with long range attackers, and defenders.
