Since the Pika Party thing is happening rn, I decided to make a Pikachu which spams their Thunderbolts and Electo Balls at other Pikachu's, this heavly relies on black emblems and the held items.
Any build is fine, I personally like to use Electro Ball and Thunderbolt.
The emblems you need are:
Bronze Beedrill
Bronze Ekans
Bronze Zubat
Gold Gengar
Bronze Venomoth
Bronze Arbok
Bronze Muk
Bronze Vileplume
Bronze Victreebel
Bronze Tentacruel
