Jungle is best but you can lane IF you're good last hitter or have exp share support/defender

(in this compo, the damage is calculated according to the fact that you have all ice crystals up when you start attacking first time with your Icicle Spear)
About items:
Curse incense: works greatly with Icicle spear
Slick spoon: Best item for Glaceon rn. Nearly must have.
Wise glasses: just normal damage increase
Other good held items:
Energy Amplifier: You can replace Curse Incense with this one if you want
Muscle band: Not bad item. your basics can crit + its have good synergy with Ice shard
Scope lens: Everybody loves big crits, right? This is nice item but i think its more better with Icy wind.
Battle item:
Eject button: Working well for escape and chasing. Ofc you can just replace this with X speed if its more your playstyle.
One more tip:
When you dont have any other targets than wild pokemon use your Ice shard and hit them with basic attacks. When you do this you have your ice crystals up when enemies come close to you
*This is fine build and not that hard learn that some other builds. Have fun with it ;-)*
Works Well With
Elde heave basic attacks and healing is great with Glaceon. Elde basic attacks slow target down and you can kill it. Elde both movesets work well with Glaceon
When you return base with Hyper space hole your Icicle spear will still keep hitting your target while you're save in base
Slowbro reduce enemies sp defence with Scald. If it Surf bro then he stun for you greatly and you can finish your combo
