Damage. Burn.
Shadow Ball
AOE damage. Slow. Weaken (Sp. Def).
Phantom AmbushUNITE
Invisible. Movement Speed up. Then: AOE damage. Slow.
Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

This build may not work for everyone, it’s very experimental, but I wanted to share this with you anyways.
The Build:
This build was created with the sole purpose of maybe, possibly, providing Shell Bell with a use. It may have worked.
Gengar has one of the highest Special Attack stats in the game, which is why I thought Shell Bell could pair with it.
This build was created in the game version of 1.5.1.6. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
