This build is designed to move in and out of fights. You are here for a good time not a long time. You are not a sustain fighter, but you come in to float like a Butterfree and sting like a Beedrill.
Jump in with Volt Switch and deal the AOE burst damage with Discharge and return to where you were with a recast of Volt Switch.
