This build is a heavy burst build utilizing Fly to initiate the battle followed by an Aerial Ace, or you can reverse the order to deal small chip damage with Aerial Ace and Fly to escape.
Fly is also a great tool to get into the middle of an objective to set up a steal such as at Dreadnaw, Rotom, and Zapdos.
