You are the tank that can deliver CC from a moderate distance with Icicle Crash followed by a High Horsepower into it for an immediate freeze and stun.
If you want to swap Score Shield out for Assault Vest you can if you prefer the additional Special Defense, HP and Special Attack shield.
To maximize your damage and CC from Icicle Crash the combo for it is as soon as you cast Icicle Crash cast High Horsepower (or tackle) to instantly break the ice as soon as it lands.
Works Well With
Consistent freezing from either Pokemon, we can set them up for easy knockouts
Between both of us there is a lot of CC to dominate the lane and set up our jungler for an easy gank
Great durability for a support and offering additional CC and manipulation of the duel
