This build takes full advantage of Lucario's mobility with Extreme Speed's reset ability. While in the early game score often to build your stacks making your damage output stronger in the early and mid game to carry your team while the late game attackers continue to scale.
The Full Heal will help purge any disables and debuffs, I prefer Eject Button for my playstyle of getting away from the conflict and jumping back in with Extreme Speed.
Great combo to Blitz the enemy in duel would be start with Extreme Speed to get the reset if the Pokemon has the blue circle under them, auto attack, cast Extreme Speed again, auto attack, cast Bone Rush, recast Bone Rush to teleport to our bone and finish with an auto attack if needed
Works Well With
Telekinesis can freeze an opponent in place giving us the chance to deal as much damage as possible
Pikachu can lockdown an opponent that escaped our range allowing us to continue the battle
