The goal of the build is to sneak around Remoat Stadium weakening other pokemon with Shadow Sneak and dealing a huge amount of burst damage with a snipe from Spirit Shackle. You are a damage dealer from afar and can aid your team with Spirit Shackle shots during the heat of battle
