For this build you are in the middle of the fight and use Shell Smash for brawling and finishing pokemon off with X-Scissor. This build is best with a healing support to top off our health pool or an attacker to aid in dealing more damage during the fight

Gives Gengar the ability to close in to enemy pokemon for their Sludge Bomb/Hex combo
Enables Gardevoir to maximize damage by locking down the enemy pokemon with Rock Tomb
