AOE damage. (+)Slow.

Damage. Displacement. Self-stun.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Weakness Policy
Increases Attack based on damage received.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Slow Smoke
Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

Admittedly it takes awhile to level up to where your good enough, so jungle is probably best. I like the ground build because of the knock up and sp. Def boost but dragon build has lower cooldowns for razor claw. You can use muscle band instead of weakness policy if you want. Garchomp is already a basic attack machine so go in, stun, slow smoke and smash away. Works everytime.
