SwiftFirst Pick
Damage.
Hyper Voice
Increased damage at a range and with consecutive hits. (+) Shoot one additional wave.
Calm Mind
Increase Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Movement Speed. (+) Blocks one move. Shield.
Fairy FrolicUNITE
Invincible. AOE Damage. Heal. HP Vamp.
Wise Glasses
Increases the damage of special attacks.
Shell Bell
Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Choice Specs
Increases the damage of moves. More Sp. Atk results in more damage.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.

Sylveon with this build is best in group fights. 1 vs 1 with three or more stacks you can kill your enemies easily. All you need to do is evolve before first bees and steal them with your hyper voice. Then you can steal Drew, Rotom, Zapdos nearly always. Hyper voice is really good stealing move. Use your unite when you're already get some damage. Its job is heal you and do some damage. Your unite also reduces your moves cooldown so using Unite when objective have something like 25% or less of it max hp and then you have your hyper voice nearly without cooldown.
*And i know that nearly everybody thinking that Mystical fire is more fun than this. Yeah i used Mystical fire with my first 400 battles and it was fun and its still fun. But as SoloQ player this working more better when you can nearly steal everything. With this moveset i have 1400 battles but i still use mystical fire sometimes. You can use this build with different moveset if you like it more.

gold Gengar, bronze Venomoth, bronze Beedrill, bronze Victreebel, bronze Vileplume, bronze Zubat, bronze Tentacruel
6 green emblems:
silver Weepinbell, bronze Venusaur, and (some of those black emblems second color is green)
2 blue:
bronze Psyduck
1 purple:
gold Gengar
