Damage.
Mystical Fire
Damage. Dash. Decrease Sp. Atk. (+) Shoot one additional flame.
Calm Mind
Increase Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Movement Speed. (+) Blocks one move. Shield.
Fairy FrolicUNITE
Invincible. AOE Damage. Heal. HP Vamp.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

Gameplay with same build (not mine). And its with potion i just prefer Eject as Sylveon main. Potion is for more suistain. X speed is fine too. AND THIS ISN'T SUISTAIN BUILD. If you want suistain you choose draining kiss with different held items. This build idea is be mystical fire damage build.
Works Well With
slow enemies down and give you enough time hit you mystical fire
