Guide
This build is mostly just my messing around while all the licences were free to use. I wanted to try for a weird bulky offense sorta thing, and found out about the very well honed bomb planting skills (see what I did there?) of eldegoss. Anyways, enough aimless talk, time for the build.
Leakage is a great starting move for dealing with wild Pokémon easier. I’d highly recommend taking out ludicolo, since it gets you a load of exp right off the start of the match. Then, you get pollen puff, which will be your main form of offense for the rest of the match. Use it on an ally/yourself, it heals you/the ally. Use it on an opponent, and you’ve just planted a time bomb on them (see, I did it again!).
Once you get cotton spore, you will be set for taking out grouped up foes, just as long as you survive long enough for your cotton spore bomb to explode. Which is why we have the potion item. Keeps you alive longer so you don’t worry as much about not having enough hp to blow up the opponents.
The items shell bell, wise glasses, and choice specs are intended to boost the sp. atk as much as possible while The shell bel does double duty to help heal your hp, keeping you alive longer to plant more bombs (...ok, I’ll stop now).
My recommendation is to stack the bombs on an opponent. Pollen puff them, and then while they try to get away, use cotton spores speed boost to catch up with them and stay beside them until the very end (well, THEIR end), and let both bombs go off on them just a second or so apart, dealing massive damage.
This can even work in group fights, if the pollen puff'ed foe is dumb enough to stick around in the group, since the puff explosion will also hurt foes in the AoE, just like cotton spores explosion.
