Build Path
Sacred Sword
AOE Damage. Displacement. Increase boost count. (+) Damage done by zone increases Attack.
Wide Guard
Shield. Displacement. Increase boost count. (+) Reduce this move's cooldown.
Coup de GraceUNITE
AOE Damage. More damage against low HP opponents. Increase boost count on knockout.
Energy Amplifier
After using your Unite Move, you deal extra damage for a short time.
Weakness Policy
Increases Attack based on damage received.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.

If you choose to play with this build, your main objective is to stay alive and strike when there is an opening. Because of the weakness policy, Aegislash will be able to do immense amounts of damage after taking damage in it's Shield Form. This should allow you to excel in team fights. The Energy Amplifier allows for you to use "Coup de Grace" more often while the Buddy Barrier shields you, and this is very important as you'll always be able to regain the edge if you every start to lose it. Although there are no real damaging items, this build may actually do more damage than a fully attack oriented build depending on how many people start to attack you. Of course, every build has it's limits, and if you ever start having issues, your best bet it to use Wide Guard to stall the opponent and retreat.
Works Well With
Hoopa can either provide extra Weakness Policy/Tanking assistance with trick or allow you to pivot in and out of tough spots more effectively with Hyperspace Hole.
Gardevoir can apply pressure to the opponents with it's ranged attacks while you can keep them safe with Wide Guard. It's a mutual relatonship that works very well. Of course, while any other ranged attacker could put pressure such as Decidueye, Gardevoir does this best because of it's more frequent attack patterns and area denial.
Similarly to Hoopa, Eldegoss allows this Aegislash build to either tank for policy or escape, although doing so less effectively. The thing it has over Hoopa is it's healing. It can consistently heal Aegislash so that way it can stay in the fight much longer, and this is very valuable.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
