You can change Outrage to Hyper Beam depending on your role.
Muscle Band for more damage, works even better with outrage.
Assasult Vest for tankiness.
Weakness Policy for stronger.
Change Weakness Policy to sp atk specs if running beam.
Works Well With
Decidueye is far ranged, good pair with outrage dragonite.
opposite for when dragonite runs beam.
