5:00 - 3:30 attack and grind on wild Pokémon run from the other team
3:30 - 1:00 stay at base and whenever you see a opponent coming just attack and spam moves until their dead and get all the golden balls
1:00 - 0:00 while other team is distracted by the boss in the middle quickly go score the goals
