Aura CannonUNITE
Damage. Power-Up Punch damage up.
Buddy Barrier
When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Razor Claw
After using a move, the Pokémon's next basic attack deals more damage. If held by a melee Pokémon, the basic attack also slows opposing Pokémon.
Attack Weight
Permanently increases Attack upon scoring a goal.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.
Stat Boosts
Shield (Upon Unite)
Attack Damage (Upon Goal)

NOTES: You can swap Razor Claw for Score Shield or Weakness Policy depending on your opinion of the items. This is the standard competitive build for Lucario, as compared to my outdated one.

Works Well With
Any solid tank and Lucario are a powerful synergy. It can also create openings for Lucario with Surf or Telekinesis.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.5. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
