This build focuses around the basic attack buffs of Outrage/D-Dance rather than the usual Hyper Beam. You could always get rid of Scope Lens for Weakness Policy, but on the chance you crit, basic attacks can do devastating damage. Score Shield is insanely useful to sneak in goals while also providing HP, and Muscle Band is always important on a Pokemon like Dragonite. Eject Button with Dragon Dance provides an easy escape route if you find yourself overextending, while also being useful for chasedowns.
Works Well With
Decidueye provides the ranged support Dragonite needs, being able to snipe kills that Dragonite is too far away from to get during his Outrage.
Hoopa with portals can allow for Junglenite to go up and down each lane and dominate the other team, with the level advantage. The rotation along with the healing makes Hoopa great with Dragonite.
