This build allows Venusaur to quickly take out many groups of opponents at a time, with the right use of some well placed sludge bombs can lead to the decimation of your opponents. If you need to get closer to an enemy like Gardevior, just utilize your petal dances increased speed to blitz in and get the kill. Using the Sp. Atk. Specs you can easily score and make your AOE effects do even more damage.
Early game you’ll want to head straight you your jungle to kill the main two jungle Pokémon. Venusaur will probably be the one of the main damage dealers on your team so you’ll need to get your moves as fast as possible. Once you’ve farmed the jungle enough, or need to score some points, rush to the bottom. The bottom will be superior to have a Venusaur at, as Dreadnaw spawns there.
You’ll want to start scoring repeated small shots to boost your Sp. Atk as much as possible. Around the 5 minute mark you’ll want to start focusing on taking out big groups of enemies or their tanks. Using sludge bomb you can get them all in one area, but if you really need to get away from their melee attackers, just use escape button. Escape button will allow for nice escapes while still being able to deal some damage.
When you have sludge bomb+ and petal dance+ You really start gaining power. You can easily defeat enemies with petal dance and Verdant anger. Big groups of enemies will have no hope of beating you.
Shell bell is a great way to never die with this build because of how hard your moves hit, you regain health at rapid rates. With this build you won’t need a healer on you constantly to kill them.
Works Well With
Duraladon can easily slow down and stun many opponents at a time, leading to quick kills with your AOE attacks.
Hoopa is a great mix with this build. With Hoopa you can escape without escape button, allowing the item to be used to get even easier hits with petal dance.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
