Wigglytuff is surpringly good as a jungler because of his great cleaning and speed to go between lanes,with this build you are seeing for presence on the map dealing damage to debilitate,or last hitting those foes who escaped from your allies.
Because the original role for wigglytuff is support she have a good and rare advantage over other junglers which is she have his unite move at lvl 8 instead of nine,specially useful on the first teamfights for rotom and drednaw and also because she doesn't need so much experience your allies can take part of the jungle without a negative impact in case of need.
Rollout need to be masterized for using it fine at the jungle and to chase enemies.
This build was created in the game version of 1.4.1.4. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
