As the title says , This guide is focusing on Sylveon being an actual speedster , As you may know , Speedster should have a FAST CLEARING TIME , GOOD MOBILITY and MASSIVE DAMAGE , And Sylveon got 'em all.
Moveset :
Use Mystical Fire if you think that the enemies composition have a decent or poor mobility , Use Hyper Voice to have fast clear times and faster goals.
Held Items : Hyper Voice : Sp. Attack specs , Wise Glasses , Buddy Barrier - This build maximizes the move's massive damage to clear camps , plus with this build You'll be doing not-so-massive damage
Mystical Fire : Red Band , Sp. Attack specs , Shell Bell - Using Mystical Fire risks your survivability , With Shell Bell you can have constant heal upon extended fights , And specs for buffing your damage.
Gameplay and Rotation : As a speedster , I actually recommend using Hyper Voice for fast clear times , With this , after You clear camps , You can go forward to score goals. NEVER take Corpish at the River , Why? Because after You score at either lanes , You can kill atleast 1 of them and score again , for instant 2 stacks of the specs , with this build , You can actually solo a Objective , Making this build the most optimal one.
When using Mystical Fire , You can also do the Initial Rotation , But faster , But at the end , Turns out that Hyper Voice still has the higher dps , but with this build , You can be mobile enough to launch ambushes and force push a lane, so basically : Hyper Voice = 1v9 , Mystical Fire = Real Speedster.
