Build Path
Dragon BreathFirst Pick
Damage. Boosted Attack charge (On-Hit).
Draco ImpactUNITE
Muscle Band
Basic attacks do more damage the more HP the opponent has.
Scope Lens
Boosts critical hit damage.
Focus Band
When HP is low, gradually recovers HP.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.

Muscle Band for faster-attacking speed with the boosted attack from Outrage, While Scope Lens for boosted critical hit damage with the boosted attack from Outrage. Focus Band gives you the ability to engage further. Focus Band could be switched out with the followings:
Razor Claw, Attack Weight, Weakness Policy, Score Shield
I personally use X speed for Dragonite's battle items, but there are always other battle items you could use:
X attack: Further increase attack damage.
Eject Button: For chase down or escaping from the battlefield.
Slow Smoke: Preventing opponents from escaping the battlefield.
Dragon Breath turns your next attack boosted, so it will be my first pick, use the boosted attack from Dragon Breath to your advantage.
After clearing the jungle, gang on the path that you believe you could clear and score, since Dragonite evolves at level 8 and get Outrage then, unlike other Pokemon, Dragonite should gang on the path with glass cannons.
After clearing bee spawns (8:50), clear the middle part of the map for 4 Corphish. I normally won't suggest other Pokemon to do this, but Dragonite needs level, and fast, you could also invade your opponent's jungle.
After clearing the middle part of the map, go back to your jungle and start leveling up again.
After clearing your jungle, hopefully, you are at level 8.
Gang bottom, go aggressive, try to get level 9 before Drednaw fight.
So the strategy here, during all the objective fights, use Dragonite's Dragon Dance to sneak up onto your opponents and take them out first, with this Dragon Dance Outrage set, Dragonite could do a lot of damage, Dragonite can even kill multiple opponents Pokemon before having to retreat, it can also secure a lot of objectives.
Works Well With
Eldergoss can provide speed support with Leaf Tornado and can provide survivability for Dragonite with Cotton Guard, it is an amazing supporter for Dragonite.
Wigglytuff can put the opponent to sleep with Sing, easy kills setup.
Slowbro is a tank that can disable an opponent with Telekinesis, easy kills setup.
