At the beginning of the match take slash and go through the wall for the Xatu using Slash after which kill both Baltoy starting from the bottom going up, immediately grab both your buffs, and use Agility and X Speed to get through walls and move around quickly.
After all this you should be level 4 and have a decent amount of points to score, try to score them as fast as possible(usually in the bot lane goal) and then keep trying to gather and score to get your Attack Weight buffs.
After scoring enough points and leveling up make sure to gank and help on team fights as often as possible, Wild Charge is your best friend and will shred through your opponents if you time it right and Spark used in quick succession does minor damage and definitely makes it difficult to be targeted.
Once the 3 minute mark hits start gathering as many points as possible and wait for the 2 minute mark, grab Rayquaza and start scoring as much as you can while your team and hopefully the opposing team is busy.
When it comes to boost emblems you want to focus on Attack, Basic Attack Speed, and Movement Speed, while your dump stats are Defense, Sp. Def, and Sp. Atk.
Works Well With
A good amount of CC and huge damage to help you target things with your Wild Charge and clear out enemies to score goals easier.
A decent amount of damage and lot health to tank a few hits makes him the perfect support to keep you going when going for a goal or dealing with a team fight.
Cinderace doing loads of damage, kiting and some good scoring to boot makes you duoing with him incredibly hard to beat.
