Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

The goal of the build is to make sure that once your enemies enter your area, they don't leave until they're dead.
Use Sludge Bomb to weaken an slow down the opponents, then use Solar Beam and Verdant Anger to rain hell fire on them until they don't exist anymore.
Buddy Barrier and Energy Amplifier help protect you and help deal more damage while your opponents are stuck.
Rocky Helmet makes sure even if they fight back, you don't feel it under their cries for mercy.

Helps kill opponents quickly while they are hindered.
Helps slow and damage opponents, while also buffing you.
Deals a lot of damage very quickly and can get out fast.
