Pick off the Aipom with Flame Burst and once the Aipom and first two Audino have been killed you need to grind Pokémon and pick off straggling players with your support until level 5
Once you achieve level 5 take Fire Punch so you can more sustainably take on 2-3 Pokémon at once with your support until you reach level 9
At level 9 you can use your Fire Punch and Fire Blast to pick off 1-2 Pokémon on your own during this time if you've taken out the first goal you should head up and start picking off the enemy Junglers Corphish, Ludicolo/Bouffalant and Audino , if you're in a pinch use your Unite skill and use X Attack to buff up and quickly start picking people off
Works Well With
Eldegoss works really well with Charizard consistently throughout the game being able to conistently heal and support as a Charmander and give extra boosts to Charizard to keep him alive during team fights
Lucario is great for helping pick off enemies early game and keep Charmander protected until he can fend for himself
A Jungling Zeaora is fantastic for helping pick off big groups of Pokémon and scoring goals in Bot Lane if you're lagging a little behind on goals or are getting ganged up on
