When using a Unite Move, shield yourself and your nearby ally with the lowest HP.
Assault Vest
When out of combat, gain a percentage of your maximum health as a shield that blocks special attacks.
X Speed
Temporarily increases your Movement Speed.

Guide
This build is self explanitory. Shielded Blastoise at the start of any battle that heals at low AND has buddy barrier. Although this build may not be here as much to play with firepower, it can definitely make others' devastating attacks feel like it was getting hit by a pillow.
Works Well With
More shields AND healing!? What a nightmare...
Healing and Buffing is also a nightmare because now it won't die AND is playing with firepower.
If you can't play with firepower, bring someone else who can. Zeraora is perfect for Ambushing while you act as bait.
