Special attacks heal 45 HP, plus a percentage of your Sp. Atk.
Energy Amplifier
After using your Unite Move, you deal extra damage for a short time.
Exp. Share
Passively gain EXP every second while you have the lowest level on your team. However, you forfeit any EXP you'd normally gain when assisting teammates against wild Pokemon.
Eject Button
Instantly teleport yourself somewhere nearby.

Guide
Leafage does damage and lets you kill some wild pokemon. Leafage also slows and this helps your buddy.
Synthesis is a early heal move and helps your teamates and you so you can stay in the fight.
Once you get pollen puff you get to do this hit your opponnet or wild pokemon have your buddy or you get close to it and it does damage and heals you that is a great thing it can do. Upgrade Ally denfense up and you i think idk.
Cotton Spore use to be a trash pick cuz leaf storm did a lot know it does less than pollen puff but leaf storm does more at the start and then pollen puff does more a level 15. With the buff Cotton spore now does more damage than leaf storm it, it does more damage overall, It has a lower cooldown 7.5 - 6, duration effects longer on opposing pokemon, and Effects on useer stronger means ur faster now before it burst.
K I know that Shell Bell is not great but the secret update made it's cooldown shorter so you can heal more with Pollen Puff and you do more damage so yeah :D.
Idk Energy Amplifier is for the unite move so you can get it faster and help your teamate in zap or articuno fights. But if you want to change it to buddy barrier you can .
Why is Exp. Share not on Eldegoss it is a supportive item and lets you farm easier and help teamates and it gives you more health and speed.
If you have a Lv 20 Exp. Share like me i think when you use cotton spore in the speedflux zone you don't really get effect by it.

Oh yeah if you want to have potion instead of Eject button go for it
Works Well With
Having a Charizard helps a lot cuz exp. Share will help it level up faster
