Pikachu's ult is one of those rare ones that doesn't work on wild pokemon, so no need to save it for zapdos. just get quick ults and launch em over and over as you please. thunderbolt provides nice aoe stun and electro ball is a nice follow up, especially in the middle of your ult. wise glasses and choice specs for that extra special damage is always welcome as pikachu, being squishy, needs as much damage output as possible.
This build was created in the game version of 1.3.1.2. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
