Pick Water Gun for good burst damage. With the ability to deal more damage the longer you hold the move AND slow you can knock out opponents PRETTTYYYY easily if you have your lane partner with you.
Surf+ is cracked so go with that. Regular Surf is decent. It’s main use is for defending goal zones and clutching games since you don’t have Eject Button.
Amnesia boosts Surf so it always great have that. It’s also good at surviving moves like Fly and can help delay the inevitable KO from Belch.
Slow Smoke pairs nicely with Water Gun and Surf in case you’re in a pinch. Slow Smoke and escape (and maybe throw in Surf if you have time)
