Venusaur dominates everyone from level 9. So if you jungle you will get enough experience to evolve into Venusaur.
Giga drain and petal dance are still pretty cool, and also with the attack weight on Venusaur the moves deal more damage. Venusaur is totally a tank, It gains health from opposing Pokémon and it also deals a lot of damage. And with the eject button it can also escape from Pokémon.
This build was created in the game version of 1.2.1.13. It may contain inaccuracies in the data that is used compared to the current version of 1.12.1.5.
