Guide

Since you're one of the strongest laners in the game due to Cute Charm, Sing, and your incredible bulkiness, as well as your early power spike, it's recommended to go down to the bottom lane. Your job is to keep that lane as healthy as possible for your team before the first Drednaw, because even after the Drednaw nerfs, it's still far more important than Rotom in most situations.

Defense Curl doesn't deal damage, so Pound is an obvious first choice. Pound can hit multiple enemies at once, and if you Defense Curl and bounce off a wall, it resets Pound's cooldown, so you can use Pound twice in a row near walls. The abundance of walls for Defense Curl is another reason why bottom lane is Wigglytuff's best lane.

Sing is incredible utility and support, helps a ton with laning, and you can put enemies to sleep on their own goal, then score for free. Sing stays around you and is active during scoring, which is very important to utilize as you build up stacks on your Special Attack Specs.

Dazzling Gleam does tons of damage, synergizes well with Sing, and gains a lot of extra damage after you gain Special Attack Specs stacks from scoring. It's also great for final hitting both wild pokemon and objectives.

Score Shield helps get those scores easier, and synergizes well with Wigglytuff's high HP stat.

Everyone hates Aeos Cookie, but I'm evil and enjoy making my Wigglytuff having a bigger health bar to demoralize enemies since I'm scoring anyways, so that's why I run it.

Using Eject Button can help you reposition during Sing and Dazzling Gleam to help hunt down targets or push with your team, and helps you get out of risky situations easier.

One extra tip I'll give is that if you Sing someone, you want to basic attack twice, then Gleam, then boosted attack. Their defenses are lowered when they're asleep, so you're hitting them with your two hardest hitting attacks during that defense drop. It helps a lot with both fighting other players, and farming wild pokemon.

Works Well With

Greninja

Wigglytuff helps create space for Greninja to thrive. Additionally, putting enemies to sleep allows Greninja to get in close if it needs, since its melee attacks hit harder than its ranged attacks.

Greedent

Sing lines up Greedent for easier Belches on enemies, and the defense drop helps raise Greedent's ridiculous damage even higher.

Lucario

Good luck winning a lane against Lucario and Wigglytuff. They're probably the reason why the game doesn't let you surrender in early-game, because they would cause a ton of surrender prompts single-handedly.
