Slows the Movement Speed and basic attack speed of nearby opponents.

FIRST PICK
Ice Shard is good in the first pick, because with this great move that can steal ennemies creeps, your farming for your future levels. (It's also very good in a duel because it freeze)
FIRST UPGRADE
Icicle Crash is basically the repetition of Ice Shard, but in better, because it Slow, Freeze, when an ally is in it, it speed them up, and the upgrade gives it a stun, use it when being followed to change the flow of the game in your favor.
SECOND UPGRADE
High Horsepower is kinda the last move you wanna use in a battle, since when you have no moves left you wanna be the closest to your opponent to auto-attack him many times.
UNITE MOVE
Mammoth Mash is only useful when you are in a stinky situation, like almost loosing Zapdos or Drednaw, or just you that almost dies, but with this move you saved yourself.
ITEMS
The Assault Vest is giving you tankiness, you should have a lot if you want to dive into ennemies frequently with the High Horsepower, the Weakness Policy
complete that synergy if you take that much of damage, then it's always useful, and last the Rocky Helmet, yeah since you wanna be near any opponents on your screen this item is essential if you want to make kills with this build.
The Slow Smoke is very good to slow opponents a lot when near you after a High Horsepower, and kill them, but if you are not feeling confident with this item, you can always pick the Eject Button Instead.
Works Well With
Good synergy because it freeze opponents like Mamoswine, helping him to get closer to his ennemies.
