Guide
This Zeraora build is the best pressure and build up for high ranks. However it requires some skill to play. The method mostly revolves around using volt switch to jump into a goal, dunk 5 or so points then jump out, this will increase your attack by 12 every time. Wild charge acts like a second leap like the move spark and can really easily kill if lower level pokemon come after you.
This build doesn't require Zeraora to go jungle at all as most of the XP will be from scoring goals. Note that taking bottom lane XP + Score + 2 kills will most likely put you Lvl wise above your jungler in the early game. I can get around 5-10+ goals before Zapdos.
ITEMS:
I think the moves were explained well above so im only gonna detail the items
Attack weight: the main item gives you your attack up when you score
Score Shield: important as you wont be inturrupted when you score allowing efficient scores
Buddy Barrier: Least useful but allows you to use Ult at almost no HP and still survive
This can be replaced with another item which boost your stats after scoring
