When fighting, make sure to start a discharge. Then, spam spark, and watch your opponents suffer. This is a true speedster, as it uses speed to bounce quickly without taking damage.
Works Well With
This set works good with pokemon that can use the ground to attack to increase the amount of HP more efficiantly.
