Guide
Everyone knows how to counter junglers: crowd control them so they waste their moves and take advantage of their low hp by ganging up on them. But what if you had a jungler with high hp and its own crowd control?
In the early game, choose pound for damage and try to level up to 4 or 5 as fast as possible. Use defense curl between pound to reset your cooldown. Another thing you can do is land one hit on the bottom laners' pokemon. No, I'm not saying to steal it, but one hit still gives you way more xp.
Once you have at least one jungle buff (I think Bouffalant's is better in this case) head to the top or bottom paths for a surprise attack. Bottom lane is more important, but don't choose bottom just because of that. Watch the minimap and head towards whichever lane is engaged with the enemy.
The important thing here is to alert your teammates of what you are doing first. Once you reach a lane, use double slap, rollout against a wall, then double slap again. Try to cut the opponents off from their goal. If you can't finish them off, score to restore health and use rollout again to escape. A lot of junglers try to accumulate 20 or 30 points before they score, but if they die, they lose all those points.
You have to be fairly cautious with the build. This really goes for every Jungler, but especially Wigglytuff. Unless you have a strong defender, you should probably wait for at least two other Pokémon before your attack. Watch out for Snorlax, another Wigglytuff, or other disabling Pokémon. If they decide to use crowd control right when you need to escape, you’re done for.
One strategy that works really well is letting opponents see you, then retreating to a part of the map with two walls close together. When the opponent reaches that area, use rollout and bounce between lanes, trapping them. They shouldn't be able to escape.
Since you are trying to score less points at once, it's probably best to stay near one lane for a longer time than normal in order to still quickly gain xp. That is the main weakness of this build, is that it's easier to fall behind in xp. You have to be very efficient with wild pokemon and make the most of every lane attack.
That's the reason I chose fluffy tail. It helps finish off those wild pokemon faster, especially in the beginning when wild pokemon are harder for Wigglytuff to defeat quickly alone. However, you could also use eject button to help with escape, goal getter so you can score more points at once, or x speed to decrease the amount of time you spend between places.
As the game progresses continue to use grass and rollout to surprise attack opponents and level up to score points. One thing to note is that you don't have to get a perfect ten bounce combo every time you use rollout. You should try if it seems feasible, but otherwise just hitting one wall is still enough to displace multiple opponents and reset your cooldowns. Rollout is also the perfect tool for stealing objectives.
Double slap is definitely better than Dazzling Gleam because it is Wigglytuff's only move that wasn't nerfed.
I've already explained why score shield is essential, and buddy barrier is very important for team fights, but what about focus band? Well, I chose it because it helps Wigglytuff survive longer, but rocky helmet could also fill that role, and float stone helps you get places faster. You could also use Aeos cookie if you find you're really good at scoring, but be aware this can hurt your early game
If you want to use Wigglytuff in quick play this is also just the best build to use in general, although you can use sing fairly effectively using the lone roaming/surprise attack strategies of this build
Note that you should probably already be decent at regular Wigglytuff before trying this build
I'll try to update this as I discover new strategies or weakness with this build
