Launch powerful ranged attacks at your enemies with this build. Scope lens give Ninetales the ability to crit which will allow it to do insane amounts of damage in conjunction with muscle band and aurora veil. This + the freezing effect on Ninetales' moves makes your incredibly difficult to deal with. Pair up with a teammate who can get support you or deal damage really quick to melt down enemy teams.
Works Well With
With helping hand Blissey becomes the ultimate support for this build and soft boiled helps a lot too.
Surf and hydro pump pushing enemies away can be really helpful and rapid spin can help you melt opponents.
Deal huge amounts of damage with you and Lucario and freeze opponents to ensure their demise.
