Guide
First of all sorry for my bad language English isn't my first language.
This build I used on solo/duo play. The principles of this builds is make your attacker more agressive and upgrade their mobility on the lane. Your work on early game is leveling until you achieve lvl 4 fasts as you can, then you can support the attacker to be more agressive. When you achieve the level 6 you have to be more agressive and provoke the adversary for lure propose.
Habilities :
Leaf Tornado - When you reach lvl 4 you finally can fight the other pokémons, on the early game most of the attackers receive too much damage. Your job is use the Tornado to make the attacker reach the enemy or use the Tornado to escape from the enemy. Basically you move you attacker on the field.
Cotton Guard: This skill it's more for healing. I don't feel the protect of the shield, for me, it's more like I have to being alive until return to a safe area or to base. But on Dedraw the shield makes alot a difference when the jungler in the fight.
Cotton Cloud Crash: Your focus is have this skill on the second time time the Dedraw appears. On this phase of the game some the attackers and junglers do a lot damage. Then when the Dedraw appears you move your attacker with the Tornado, when you feel yours allies taken to much damage you use the Cotton Guard, after this you can use the UNITE MOVE to healing your team and give damage on the opposite jungler or on the least pokemon life in the battle.
Between 4 and 3 last minute, safe your UNITE for zapdos. Here you have three choices:
1. If the team fightings on the top/botton lane and you can feel that you can help to kill alot opposite pokemon and chase after for zapdos,, just do it.
2. On the middle lane in the zapdos time, use to help your buddies to clear the lane and kill the zapdos.
3. If you team kill the zapdos or you feeling you can robber the zapdos from the enemy. You can use to speed you up and reach the opposite base fastest as you can to make goal.
Itens (The substats it's very important in this build)
Shell Bell: In a fight a bit of life it's importante but we want the cooldown substats to do more Tornados on game. Eldegoss use Sp. Atk you can do more damage and more healing.
Muscle Band: In here we look for Attack Speed, sometimes in solo game your attacker teamate doesn't help you, so this item make difference for kil the enemy, and after you use the UNITE MOVE, basically you can do more attack and consequently you do more damage.
Energy Amplifier: You will do more damage after you use the UNITE MOVE, mixed with Muscle Band you can make a mess on the opposite team. Furthermore the Cooldown substats combine with Shell Bell let you control your puppet attacker more times.
Full Heal: I prefer Eject Button, but if you won't face a Gengar you will face the Wigglytuff. And this item make you be alive to tell story. This item it's good for counter the Zeraora debuff for escape from they attack area.
Works Well With

You have to direct where he haves to go, and when he uses the charger punch you can use the Tornado to make the run away of the fight. If you two in the fight, let preference to him escape even you die. He will protect the base more than you.
