FIRST PICK
Heal Pulse is the first thing you want to get, since you are a supporter, if you are being ganked by the Jungle or things like that early on the game, it's useful to have heals to prevent ennemies from killing you and your ally early on.
FIRST UPGRADE
Soft-Boiled is assuring you from staying all day long into your lane and do not back at any seconds, and defending your goal at any cost is also a good stalling method since you can pretty much heal yourself.
SECOND UPGRADE
Helping Hand is like the best thing to catch up some ennemies that are fleeing, not by yourself, but by letting your allies catch them until they die.
UNITE MOVE
Bliss Assistance is a very good thing to use when there's big teamfight's or just is useful when trying to take Zapdos, Drednaw, or just Motisma. ( using it to take a goal is also a very good use of it at this point )
ITEMS
The Aeos Cookie makes sure you are chunky as heck to stall the heck out of the ennemies, let them focus you because your the tank and if they begin to attack your allies because they are sick of punching you, use your moves to help them to win the battle.
The Buddy Barrier is a primary weapon when beggining a big teamfight, it let a lot of liberties for your team mates when using your UNITE move, it let's your team mates bully everyone on the map without even caring for their health.
The Score Shield is very good early on the game, and always good to take since it gives a lot of HP ( It's the item that gives the most HP ) It's very good early if you want to stack early the Aeos Cookie for some additionals HP, and with all of that, you can become the Chunkiest of ALL.
The Eject Button is always good for reaching up allies or just trying to escape desperate fights, just use it if you think it is worth it or else you will die cause you used it for something stupid.
Works Well With
Chunky Combo, wich is horrible to fight as your ennemy despair on how much you are stalling in front of them :)
Healing Combo, wich is also horrible to fight since your healing both hecking good, also with the shields and all, that's a better combo than Snorlax because they can heal from each other's and fight endlessly
