While its not the most optimal build, I've always found this to be a fun build. Trapping the enemy trying to run or when they engage with a Rock Tomb, then forcing them into the Rock Tomb with X-Scissor for the extra chip. Rock Tomb can be tricky to land, but once you get it down it can be devastating, especially to those trying to run. If they are on the retreat, it'll force them to either use their Eject Button early, or they'll get trapped and easily get KO'd.
Overall, I went with Full Heal to get away from Ninetales' cc, but honestly Eject Button or X Speed would be better to escape or chase down KOs. The latter the only reason some Pokemon would survive.
You can also think about swapping out Score Shield for an Energy Amp, as I find Rubble Rouser to be very good with the combo of X-Scissor and Rock Tomb to help KO Pokemon faster while staying healthy. Helps for crowd KOs as well.
Early Game: Starting off, I'm still trying to find the best fit. Both of Dwebble's lead moves have their purpose. Fury Cutter comes off cooldown a bit faster and helps damaging wild Pokemon. Rock Slide can come in clutch for early stuns to get a cheeky KO while in the EXP grinding phase at the start, but honestly, Fury Cutter is slightly better to lead with. Second, you'll want to leave the last hair of HP to your lane partner if they are an attacker. Once they get to their first evolution, then you can grind your way up from there. Thirdly, you won't do a ton of damage to Pokemon until X-Scissor, so your best bet is to engage with Rock Slide/Tomb for your damage dealer to start chipping away at their HP.
At level 4, you'll want to take Rock Tomb first as mentioned before. It just got buffed at the time of this writing, and when applied correctly it can be devastating. However, this potential fight winning move can hurt your own team as well if not landed properly. Its best saved when engaging in a team fight, and on rare occasions when chasing someone down. When chasing someone down with a teammate, make sure they are low HP enough to punish their retreat, otherwise, your Rock Tomb will just wall yourself and your teammate from getting a free KO, so choose wisely. It can also help in your retreat as well, keep in mind.
