Guide
-DISCLAIMER- This build might not be 100% right due to having no in-game experience with this pokemon yet; till the release if there's any changes to blissey’s moves and abilities i'll try my best to re edit around it as fast as possible and give you an update.
-UPDATE- blissey has been released and so far nothing contradicts with what i've been saying in the guide ill be adding on top of this guide from now on
Aim-
As you can see this build is mainly focused on buffing allies in high level organized play. Making your team win important team fights like securing rotom, drednaw or zapdos (mostly drednaw and zapdos you wanna be there for) or when your team is defending and taking down goals. Once your in those situations support your allies by buffing there movement speed, and basic attack speed with helping hand (this might not have big impact depending on the types of pokemon) same thing with Safeguard removing all status conditions of an ally pokemon while making them immune to cc (crowd control) all on a targeted ally (this gives it a shield as well when upgraded) you mostly need to use your support moves on any allies that are in need of it on organized teams whether it be carries, junglers, strengthened pokemon or pokemon that are about to use their unite moves. I don't recommend playing this build in solo queue; you need friends or people you can communicate with to get great use out of this build
Items-
The items for blissey are pretty simple first we have a Focus Band. The Focus Band gives you healing when at low hp the healing from this item is really good tho helping you escape or clutch team fights it also gives you stat increases to your defences. Next we got Buddy Barrier. This item grants both the user and its lowest hp (closest to you) ally a very large shield after using your unite move. Sadly it's not always likely that the ally pokemon you targeted with Bliss assistance gets the shield from the Buddy Barrier but the lowest hp ally closest to you could benefit a lot from that shield when in a team fight as for your benefits you get a large hp stat increase. The shield you get from Buddy Barrier helps in the use of Bliss assistance as you take some damage for your targeted ally when she/he is being damaged. and finally the exp share this item makes you get bonus experience every second when you're the lowest leveled Pokémon. Due to it only working when you're the lowest leveled Pokémon you would have to make certain plays early game (i'll tell you about that later) however if you manage to do that you would have no problem earning exp early game.
