This build focuses on being able to kite (hit while walking) the enemies while it enables you to snowball from early game dealing lots of damage!

Muscle Band: For me that's a core item you should always run with greninja because of the damage and attack speed it provides. Also its very good against tanky opponents.
Scope Lens: Boosts your critical hit rate (More crits while kitting should be fun huh.) and increases your crit dmg whice make it a perfect pair of items with muscle band because of the kitting and criting potential.
Attack Weight: This item increases your attack when you score a goal while it also provides you with some attack.

So why attack weight?
First off from my experience while climbing i saw that in every elo players get very sloppy when it comes to farm the first creeps.They often fight for the middle one and then they turn on the rest. I thought that as a window to score a goal of 6-10 points and use it as an attack boost for the upcoming fight around combees and vespiqueen.
This can help you secure lasthits which gonna lead to exp difference which gonna lead to you snowballing the lane.
Why not floatstone?
Its a popular opinion which i dont disagree with that floatstone fits greninja very good. But im willingly exchange the movement speed for the possible damage scaling after scoring and also the 4 damage on start diff.
Why not Shell bell?
I dont think that raising the sp atk of greninja is worth just for his unite move. And also when you run greninja with surf the healing from shell bell has less value.

Recommendations:
I) If you got a lane premade who can secure you not dying then you can play with X Speed in order to maintain that speed you lose from not using floatstone and kite them away.
II) You can use Slow Smoke to combo with your smokescreen when they try to close the gab. Slow Smoke is gonna help you kite them while it will help your team engage better
Works Well With
Snorlax and slowbro are great with Greninja because of the cc they can provide
A.Ninetales is so strong early game providing high damage and cc can lead to kills, easy farm , snowballing and most important for this build Goals
Eldegoss can help you sustain damage with its heals and shields while boosting your Movement Speed in fights
