This build focuses on playing a very offensive Snorlax playstyle, able to excel at both dealing and taking significant amounts of damage and steamrolling opponents.
First Pick - Tackle
Amazing early game secure and cc wrapped in one.
Move 1 - Flail
The utility of Heavy Slam makes it an all-around great move with amazing crowd control but can be very weak when fighting solo. Flail lets Snorlax tank damage and dish it back out. With this more offensive lax, you want to rush into fights and take the opponent's attention away from your teammates. The movement bonus allows you to chase opponents more easily.
Move 2 - Block
Block is a very valuable tool on Theia Sky Ruins, as it can move an unclaimed Leki over to your side for easier securing, AND can push enemies off a goal even with Rayquaza shield on. Block can be canceled early, leaving you with a shield while you flail.
Held Items
- Aeos Cookie
Maximizing HP is key to this playstyle as Flail scales off it. Snorlax is also very effective at stacking in the laning phase.
- Drain Crown
Amplifies Flail+'s sustain efficacy.
- Weakness Policy
this item works perfectly with this build as your whole gameplan revolves around being a damage sponge, you'll have full stacks pretty consistently.
Battle Item
Choose between Potion and X Speed.
Potion is a decent choice if you want more survivability in a pinch.
X Speed allows for better chasing and displacement.
Emblems - Atk Tank (6White 6Brown 2Blue)
Works Well With
Pairs well with ranged mon who have CC.
Enables Snorlax's gameplan very effectively, granting it swift and infatuating opposing mons with Sweet Kiss and stunning with either Magical Leaf or Grass Knot.
Snorlax and Greedent have an interesting synergy, Snorlax's passive works on Greedent's dropped berries. This has potential for a healer Greedent duo lane.
