Mr.mime needs friends to work, so what better place than the jungle where you have 2 pals waiting for you to clap some cheeks anytime you go to a lane.
simply walk to a lane that's getting pushed in and wall slam some poke's, with the red buff and float stone you'll be better at the opening and following through with the kill.
Items: I found that muscle band makes it so u can kill people with blue buff before the cd comes back on your confusion so it's better for damage than sp att items.
assault vest for tankyness
float stone for his weakness of low speed I also like dunk shield as a 4th but that's for everyone

a fat stun from this is also an easy wall and slam setup
sleeping 2 then walking behind and slamming them almost always kills
