Guide
I suggested bottom lane. But in reality you can do whatever team your team needs you, including jungle.
I start with Sand Attack. I choose this cause it gives you one auto attack of charge up just like the other option, but the other does so little damage i'd rather just have the vision debuff i can spread. Also worth noting its size is actually larger then the indicator shows so try experimenting so you can keep your attack speed boosts going!
I choose Dragon Rush cause it is just faster and moves a little further then the other as well as has the ability to physically move other Pokémon around to potentially pull them out of there goal or into yours. This can also help to set up a kill for your teamates by forcing them closer to your team.
For my last attack I choose Dragon Claw, it does a lot of damage and has a knock back to knock other players towards your team as well as get you 2 auto attacks of wind up on your attack speed.
For my held items Muscle Band is taken for its HP damage % per auto, when fully wound up Garchomps attack speed is huge and its the bulk of its damage is from autos. Attack Weight is taken cause once you bank points 6 times the total attack added is much higher then any item and all its attacks scale off of attack. Lastly I choose Focus Band, this allows you to survive a lot of fights that you may not otherwise be able and allows more aggressive play styles in general.
My battle item is Eject Button. its just got so much utility I feel like its honestly just the best option as it gives more engage and disengage options. Also as a few notes, you can Eject Button during Dragon Rush to extend the distance and catch someone and can do it between the hits of Dragon Claw to catch them if they are getting away. Eject Button can also be used to get behind them to set up to use your moves to push the enemies out of position and help set up kills for yourself or your team.
